We try not to collect any personal information we don’t need – mostly we ask you to provide us with name and email address when you want to contact us so we can respond to you, or we might ask for the same when you want to receive a newsletter from us.

What We Do With Your Information
When you send us a message or contact request via our web forms, we collect only as much personal information as we need in order to be able to respond to you – such as such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our site, new products and other updates. What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
We ask you for your name and email address so that we can respond to your enquiries. The information is stored on our web server and emailed to us so we can respond.

Who we share your data with
We use Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads and Mailchimp as third party services. If you send us a message or a comment via our website the information is stored on our website server for a maximum period of one year. All of these companies process the data required for their services, but we don’t share any data with anyone other than that.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
We delete all contact form entries that are stored on the website server at least once a year.

How we protect your data
Our website is a WordPress website and we try to adhere to best practises in our implementation for ensuring we do not fall foul of a data breach. We keep all our software up to date regularly and we use security plugins to alert us to unusual activity.
What data breach procedures we have in place
If our site is compromised we will notify everyone who might have been affected as quickly as we can – bear in mind the only data that would be on our server would be name, email address and the content of the message you sent via our site whether via contact form or comment.
